How the program works
Learn to eat, move, and feel better - with a faith-based approach and proven strategies and that are sustainable for life.
This program starts with you. You will tell me about yourself and together we will build a personalized plan to achieve your goals in a way that fits your life. Unlike any “diet” program you may have tried before, I use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.
Changing your health and your body is about changing your behaviors, and that is an individual process. Through my program, you will become more aware of how your daily choices affect the way you feel - physically and mentally - and you will learn to make better choices based on what works (and doesn’t work) for you, consistently.
The Precision Nutrition coaching method I use, developed by the world’s top nutrition researchers, has been proven to work and achieve lasting change with over 100,000 people. It is designed as a 12-month program that will transform your body and your life, but there is no obligation to remain in the program if you choose the monthly option.
While I will gladly coach anyone who is willing and committed, my approach is based on my Christian faith. I believe we are to honor God with our bodies and minds, and He is our greatest source of strength and help in doing so.
With every plan, you will receive:
Daily lesson plus nutrition or lifestyle habit to practice, easy to access from any computer or mobile device
Daily habit and progress check-ins to keep you accountable and consistent
Unlimited support from your coach (me) through the online platform
Access to a private Facebook group for encouragement, support, and community learning
Monthly one on one coaching calls – via phone, FaceTime or Skype – to keep you focused on your goals and help you move past any obstacles in your way
Optional personalized exercise program that you can customize for the gym or at home. Minimal equipment needed!
