I found a system that worked for me. It was not a diet; it was simply making one small change at a time to the way I eat. Gradually, without even noticing almost, I was eating pretty darn healthy! And that’s in addition to dropping a few pounds, wearing the smaller size pants again, feeling better, and all the other great stuff that goes along.
My husband and I were on a vacation recently and went to a dolphin habitat for an afternoon watching and learning about the playful creatures. We viewed several dolphins from underwater, read some interesting snippets about them, and watched from poolside as the trainers worked with them. It was a relaxing and entertaining afternoon as they are rather cute and very graceful creatures to watch. As a few of the trainers were working with the dolphins, one trainer was answering questions and providing interesting facts and information to the guests over a loudspeaker.
